How to request account deletion

  1. Email hyunjungsnc@gmail.com with the subject “Chip Match account deletion request”, including the Google account email you used to sign in to the game.
  2. To verify identity we only act on requests sent from that Google account email; no further personal information is required.
  3. We delete the account and its data within 7 days of verification and reply to confirm completion.

You can request deletion through this page alone — the app does not need to be installed and you do not need to be signed in.

What gets deleted, and retention

  • Google account identifier (sign-in link), name and profile picture
  • In-game nickname
  • Scores, best records and leaderboard entries
  • Sign-in sessions

This data is removed from the production database immediately on deletion. Server backups purge automatically within 30 days as they rotate. Anything the law requires us to keep is stored separately for the statutory period only, then destroyed.

Deleting only some data

You may also keep the account and delete only your leaderboard records — use the same email procedure and say “records only”.

Guest (not signed-in) players

Guest progress is never sent to a server; it lives only on the device and is removed when the app is uninstalled. No deletion request is needed.
